CLEVELAND (AP) — Terrelle Pryor has run a comeback route to the Browns.
The quarterback-turned-wide receiver has agreed to sign with Cleveland,Kevin Bieksa, a person familiar with the decision told the Associated Press on Tuesday. A former Ohio State star and Oakland quarterback, Pryor will join the struggling Browns — as a wide receiver — for the remainder of this season, said the person who spoke on condition of anonymity because the team has not announced the signing.
The 26-year-old Pryor can also play quarterback, which could give the Browns some insurance with starter Josh McCown likely done for the season with a collarbone injury.
