"I thought he practiced really well last week ... he ran the (scout) team, did some things on the side and (Wednesday) I thought he looked really sharp," O'Brien said. HOUSTON (AP) — Houston quarterback Brian Hoyer is out of the NFL's concussion protocol and will start on Sunday against Jacksonville,Wholesale Football Jerseys.

Hoyer said it's been difficult watching other guys do his job the last couple of weeks.
"I think for me, I didn't take it lightly," Hoyer said.
