We can’t repair the leaks on time and then the customers get frustrated because they think we are not acting on their complaint and we don’t have enough resources to go and say, ok, it is the fittings we don’t have. We don’t say that fast enough to the customers. Because we ourselves are also embarrassed,” Singh explained.The CEO also noted that the water company is in dire need for the collaboration of the Guyana Power and Light Company (GPL) in order to provide a better service to the consumers.??
