A logging concession owner was yesterday remanded to prison after it was alleged that he had an illegal firearm and ammunition in his possession.Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry remanded Devon Robeiro to prison after he was accused of having a .25 pistol in his possession when he was not the holder of a firearm licence. He was also accused of having nine matching rounds of .38 ammunition.
