Region Six competed with a positive entry dubbed ‘Light of the Universe’.Region Seven represented with ‘One Culture, Many Designs in 2009’, while Region Two entered their ‘Guyana our Paradise’.In the Children’s Costume Parade Individual Category, the Guyana National Road Safety Council was a scene stealer with their entry ‘Be wise – Practise Road Safety and stay Alive’.(Alex Wayne)
