He said that from the look of things, when he and a team visited the area it was clear that work was not done in the area for some time and the Region had to take the hands on look at the situation. He said that an excavator was dispatched to that area to help with the clearing of the interlocked drains in the communities.??He admitted that at times the problems are more than the Administration can handle.“It is not that the channels are not being cleaned and cleared, but the place silts up very quickly,” Armogan said.
