A Partnership for National Unity (APNU) is saying that the People’s Progressive Party’s (PPP) newly established internal Integrity and Discipline Commission has lots of work to do.APNU’s Dr. Rupert Roopnarine, at the party’s most recent press conference, held on Friday last, highlighted that this is not the first internal Integrity Commission established by the PPP. He noted further, that the Commission is mandated to investigate misconduct by Party members who engage in activities unbecoming of a good member, including defamation of character and sexual harassment/misconduct.According to Rohee, the decision to establish the Commission flows from the last party Congress. He said however, that it was during deliberations at the new Central Committee’s meeting, it was affirmed that additional steps be taken to establish “a mechanism to address allegations of misconduct and reinforce party discipline at all levels.”Rohee said that the Commission is made up of long standing Executive Party Members who will report to the Executive Committee on its findings.Questioned on the names of those members,Manchester United Jersey Online, Rohee only mentioned Presidential Advisor Dr. Roger Luncheon and Clinton Collymore.
