A 39-year-old driver from the Ministry of Education was yesterday remanded to prison when he appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson, to answer a charge of causing death by dangerous driving.The allegation was that Brian Hubert, on May 1, 2010 drove his minibus in a dangerous manner, which resulted in the death of 52-year-old Kevin Roberts.
