Fisher and Boras don't blame Gurley for the running game's struggles. But while they've praised his even demeanor, they've also indicated this week that they would love to see more bursts of speed and creativity. Gurley's carries are down in the past four weeks, but that's partly due to the deficits faced by the Rams in the fourth quarter. "I'm not saying that he's not frustrated, but he's not showing it," Boras said. "He's a team guy."
